Dream Destination (62/100)

Day 62 - Pick a dream destination.  Where would you go?  Why did you pick this place - has it had to do with something you have learned over these past 62 days or was it a place you have always wanted to travel?  What sights would you see? (This is what I sent to my co-creator this morning to think about today, so I must think it about it too)

Location: Tahiti

Reason: Today was a beautiful day and I got a rush being outside in the sun.  I am inspired to go to a tropical island.  I have never been to a tropical island (other than Hawaii) and Tahiti seems like a perfect place to pick. 

Appeal: My room would be in a cabana in the water.  Yes, please!  This place would be a perfect place to live care-free.  It has such beautiful blue water and an opportunity to see such stunning sea creatures.  Sign me up!  I could see myself looking really good here. 

Dream Destination: Weekend Getaway

It has been one of those weeks, and it isn't even over yet. I am in much need of a "Weekend Getaway."

Location: Connecticut - a Bed and Breakfast

Reason: I have never been to Connecticut and from what I have heard of this state it is very quaint. I need a little quaintness in my life at this moment. And the perfect place to feel quaint is in a B&B.

Appeal: Staying at a B&B will give me the feel of "home" with the appeal of being on a "getaway."

Birthday Dream Destination

So...since it's my birthday tomorrow, I thought I should dream a little and post my next "Dream Destination." I want to stay relatively close...

Location: Las Vegas

Reason: It's my birthday! And why not spend it in a city that is always ready for a party?! Plus, I have never been and it's tme I go.

Appeal: Bright lights, casinos, and shows! And...I would finally get to say, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!"

Dream Destination

It's time for another "Dream Destination"...

Location: India

Reason: India seems to be a magical place of history, beauty and profound sense of peace. I have been reading "Eat. Pray. Love." and feel the need to explore my inner self and India seems the perfect place to do it.

Appeal: It's a country that has beauty. The Taj Mahal is exquisite! India also believes in mediation and self-awareness. I need some of that.

Dream Destination

It's Friday and I am ready for the weekend. The weather looks promising and I am extremely hopeful that this weekend will prove to be fun, relaxing and the perfect end to my crazy week.

Feeling a little creative...I am going to upload photos of a destination that I would want to travel to this weekend, if I had money and time, etc.

Think of it as a dream destination...

Location: Ireland

Reason: Being it's still March, I am very much in the "green" spirit and Ireland has a beautiful lush green landscape. Besides, I am always up for going to Europe.

Appeal: Not only will I be able to enjoy the landscape, but I will also soak in a piece of my own family history...













Even though I will not be getting a stamp in my passport this weekend, I can still enjoy the thought of it happening soon!
